Customer Response Manager

We are looking for an experienced Customer Response Manager, with the ability to manage customer service and sales activities across the company.  You will respond to and maintain ownership of customer inquiries regarding company products and services. You will direct customers to the appropriate subject matter expert (SME) and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction. You will support the sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, which substantially affect product revenue. You will also work with various departments to ensure accurate and timely response to customer request for information and quotes.  Work with customers, distributors and sales reps to understand, document and close customer deliverables.

Field Sales Engineer

Quality Assurance Technician 6

Responsibilities

The essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:

•  Under limited supervision, performs and may be certified in a wide range of complex inspections. 

•  Performs in-process inspection of (mount, bond, solder, coat, mark, can weld and seal) and/or finished production assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards. 

•  Working from final assembly drawings, engineering change notices or established operating procedures, determines acceptance, rejection or rework requirements for unit. 

•  Performs acceptance prior to shipment and supports customer source. 

•  Must have the ability to understand and accomplish job requirements by means of oral and written instructions; be able to effectively complete paper work associated with job.

•   Typically requires high school education or equivalent, work in a team environment, meet all attendance requirements and demonstrate willingness to learn new operations.

  • •   Three to five years manufacturing experience in inspection of standard to complex electronic in line and final assemblies. 

  • •   Must be able to determine acceptance or rejection criteria, perform bond pulls, ball and die shear, element evaluation (solder ability, steam age and lead integrity)

  • •   Perform acceptance to ship and audit assembly process.

  • •   Ability to lead development projects and work in a teaming environment with customers, suppliers, and internal resources

  • •   Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office applications

  • •   Experience in a clean room environment a plus

  • •   Excellent organizational and communication skills 

  • •   Excellent analytical and statistical skills and experience

Under general supervision, works with at least 2 repetitive electronic assembly operations on components or sub-assemblies and consistently performs requirements. Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity and familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, hand tools , and microscopes.

  • •   Experienced in automated and/or manual die attach, automated and/or manual wire bonding is a plus.

  • •   Must be able to read and follow build instructions, including understanding of process documents, Bill of Materials and assembly drawings and complete paperwork as required.

  • •   Basic computer skills are a necessity.

•   Must be able to work overtime if required, on short notice. Willing to train candidate that demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and accept new job assignments as required.
